Most of our digital designs include SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS formats to ensure compatibility with Cricut, Silhouette, and other cutting machines.
How do I receive my digital files after ordering?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime through your account dashboard.
Can I use Craft House SVG designs for commercial projects?
Yes, our standard license allows you to create and sell physical products using our designs. However, reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
What is the typical shipping time for physical craft supplies?
Physical items are processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by location.
What should I do if my download link has expired?
Don't worry! If your link expires or you lose your files, simply reach out to our support team with your order number and we will refresh your download access.
